Received a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1977 at Vanderbilt University. Engineer for Ross H. Bryan, Engineers, Nashville, Tenn., 1977 to 1983. Project Manager for Hardaway Construction, Nashville, Tenn., 1983 to 1984. General Manager of the Commercial Plumbing Department of Acme Plumbing from 1984 to 1991. Became President in 1991. Received state license for plumbing in 1985. Registered Professional Engineer licensed to practice in North Carolina since 1984. Over the past thirty years, he has successfully completed numerous design/build projects for renovations as well as new construction.
Gerald received a B.A. in Business Administration from UNC / Charlotte in 1981. After completing college Gerald worked with the State Employees Credit Union before joining Caisson Mechanical in Mebane, NC. Gerald worked as a project manager for Caisson Mechanical for eight (8) years prior to joining ACME Plumbing & Heating in 1992. Gerald is very familiar with the requirements of managing design/build projects.
Starting as a helper in 1981, Corey worked for Dibble Plumbing/Heating in Rochester, NY until 1983 when he joined the Air Force. While serving in the Air Force Corey continued in the plumbing & heating field first as a mechanic and then was promoted to a supervisor position. In 1987, Corey completed his service and returned to the plumbing & heating field in the Utica, NY area where he worked and progressed as a service technician, service manager, project manager, estimator and then territory manager for several established mechanical contractors in the Utica, NY area. In 1999, Corey relocated to the area and started employment with ACME Plumbing & Heating. Since that time Corey’s primary role has been estimating; however, he does manage a select number of projects.
