And you will have the peace of mind in knowing your plumbing system is monitored on a regular basis for safety and security. It helps protect you from unexpected breakdowns and water damage.

A Whole House Plumbing Inspection.
We’ll catch the small problems before they become big problems. Upon membership, (and once each year thereafter for perpetual membership) our experienced plumber will give your home a thorough inspection and check for small leaks that could become big problems.

As a member you enjoy special privileges. If you ever need service, you immediately go to the front of the line when setting your appointment. You will also receive no trip charges and the 15% discount on all authorized repairs.

We offer residential plumbing service agreements to keep all of your equipment running smoothly. Regular service can include any or all of the following:
• Water heater safety inspection
• Sump pump inspection and service
• Toilet tank leak testing and adjustments
• Faucet leak inspection
• Whole-house water pressure testing
• Crawlspace and basement piping inspection

Customers with plumbing service agreements are entitled to:
• No trip charges
• Priority scheduling
• Discount of 15% on authorized repairs
• No-charge annual whole house inspection
• Eligibility for after hours emergency service

Agreement stays with the home (should someone move). Good for one home (would need to buy an additional agreement for any additional property). Agreement expires after one year and does not automatically renew
