We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and related trades, along with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including new construction, renovations, and system maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation: Install copper, PVC, and cast iron piping systems in commercial settings
• Blueprints: Read and interpret site plans, shop drawings, and submittals
• Layout: Perform precise layouts and rough ins for fixtures and equipment
• Testing: Conduct air and water pressure tests to verify system integrity

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to run small crews when required
• Valid Journeyman Plumber License
• Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and operating job site equipment or lifts
• Strong problem solving skills
• Reliable transportation
